The lv1–lv5 tag on each recipe is minigame difficulty, not a character level you have to grind first — lv1 is a single easy skill check, while lv5 stacks an easy, a medium and two hard ones. A brand new character can start this chain today; what actually gates you is travel time and the police.

Two Ways to Sell

1. Static dealer — fixed price, clean money. Drive to Acid Dealer 167.0, 2229.1, 90.8 and sell lsd for $1,500 Black Money (acid alone sells for $1,000). The price never moves, there is no minigame, and the sale itself does not generate a police alert. This is the reliable route.

2. Street selling — /startsell, dirty money. Carry a burnerphone, run /startsell, and NPC customers walk up to you. Each sale is 1–3 units at a random $200–$400, paid in markedbills — the drug pack's dirty currency. That is not the same black_money the robbery pack pays out, so the two launder separately. /stopsell ends the session.

Street selling is slower per unit, but it is the only way to generate markedbills:

• Some customers refuse the sale and walk off.
• Some try to rob you instead of paying.
• A sale can alert police and sheriff — dispatch drops a blip on you that stays live for about a minute, so move on after a run of sales.
• Selling works anywhere on the map, not just inside a marked zone, so pick somewhere quiet.

Using It — Effects, Addiction & Overdose

Every drug in the pack is also usable, and that side of it matters if you are roleplaying a user rather than a cook:

• Using lsd restores health and armour, cuts stress, and buffs run speed, with a screen effect and a changed walk style while it lasts.
• Each use adds addiction and tolerance. As those climb you start losing health, and you risk passing out or vomiting at the worst possible moment.
• Overdose triggers at 10 uses of the same drug, or 5 uses across mixed drugs.
• Cures are sold at the Corner Store: acamprosate $500 (light detox), lofexidine $3,000 (heavy detox), and antidote $3,000 for an overdose.
• Police carry a drugtestkit. Whatever you took stays in your blood for about 5 minutes after use — long enough to fail a roadside test.

Common Mistakes

• Converting acid to LSD without doing the maths. Two acid sell for $2,000 on their own; one LSD sells for $1,500. Selling the acid straight is worth more unless you want LSD itself.
• Forgetting this pays Black Money, not cash. You will need to launder it before it is spendable.
• Climbing to the Ergot Field without a full run planned — it sits at 260m up Mount Chiliad.

• You can sell acid directly or convert two of them into higher-value lsd.
• The Oxy Lab is the shared hub for opium, oxycodone and dab too.

Should I sell acid or convert it to LSD?

Sell the acid. Two acid are worth $2,000 on their own, while the LSD they make sells for $1,500 — the conversion loses you $500 plus the paper and water. Convert only when you want LSD for use.
