Welcome to the Server Guidebook
Written from the live server data for this feature — locations, recipes and prices are read straight from the getting started setup, not estimated.
Welcome! This guidebook is your complete manual for the server. Whether you just bought the server as an owner or you are a brand-new player, everything you need to understand how the server works is explained here in plain English — one feature at a time.
What this guidebook covers
The server has many systems working together. This guide breaks each one down into a short, easy page so you never feel lost. You will find pages for:
- Getting Started — the basics: joining, making a character, and moving around.
- Jobs — every legal job, how to start it, what to do, and how you get paid.
- Robbery — street crime, the illegal menu jobs, drug labs and smuggling.
- Heists — the big, planned crimes that need a crew.
- Drugs — growing, cooking and selling.
- Mechanic — repairs, tuning and the mechanic job.
- Vehicles — buying, storing and managing cars.
- Systems — the core systems like the economy, money laundering, inventory and phone.
Your first hour on the server
If you have never played here before, this is the shortest route from spawning in to having money in your pocket:
- Take a side-job at the Job Centre — the NPC at
-552.53, -188.47, 38.22hands out every legal side-job. None of them need a level, a licence or a purchase. - Start with Newspaper Delivery — the gentlest route on the map, a tiny late penalty, and a free van. It is designed for learning where things are.
- Move up to Pizza Delivery or Gardener — roughly three to five times the pay once you know the roads. Gardener has no timer at all.
- Then pick a lane. Trucker is the biggest legal payout with no level requirement; Weed is the cheapest illegal chain to start; the Mechanic job is the deepest career on the server.
Where the money is
A quick orientation before you commit an evening to something:
| Path | Typical pay | Best starting page |
|---|---|---|
| Legal side-jobs | $300–4,000 per task | Newspaper Delivery → Trucker |
| Farming & gathering | ~$500 per run | Cow Milking, Wheat Farming |
| Drug chains | $250–1,500 per unit | Weed to learn, Ketamine for the best ratio |
| Street robbery | $25–100 per prop, dirty | Mailbox Robbery |
| Illegal menu jobs | $8,500–50,000 per run, dirty | Illegal Delivery → Car Theft |
| Career jobs | Ongoing | Mechanic |
Legal work is steadier and carries no police risk. Illegal work pays more per action but costs you travel time, minigames and the occasional dispatch call — read the drug guides before you invest in a chain.
⚠️ Every illegal job pays in black money, which you cannot spend until it is laundered. Read Money Wash before you start earning it.
How to read a feature page
Every feature page follows the same simple layout, so once you read one, you know how to read them all:
- Overview — what the feature is, in one or two lines.
- Requirements — what you need before you start (level, licence, items, money).
- How to Start — where to go and how to begin.
- 📍 Locations — the exact coordinates for starting and for selling.
- Step-by-Step — the exact steps, in order.
- What You Get & Where to Sell It — the payout, and the spawn code for every item.
- 💰 Cost vs Reward — what you spend against what you make, and when you break even.
- Tips, Common Mistakes and FAQ — how to do it well and what to avoid.
Every item is listed with its in-game spawn code in backticks, and every location is a
real in-game coordinate you can set as a waypoint.
How to find your way around

Tip: Bookmark this guidebook. As the server grows, new feature pages are added here so your players always have an up-to-date manual.
FAQ
What is the best job for a new player?
Newspaper Delivery to learn the map — it has the softest late penalty on the server — then Pizza Delivery or Gardener once you know your way around. Gardener pays a flat $1,500 per garden with no timer at all.
Do I need a level or a licence to start working?
Not for the Job Centre side-jobs. Every one of them is open to a brand-new character with no level, no licence and nothing to buy. Level gates appear later, on things like the Delivery Job tiers and the illegal menu.
How do I make money fastest on this server?
Trucker is the highest legal payout that needs no level, at $1,500–4,000 per haul. On the illegal side, Ketamine has the best value per input — $750 from two freely collected chemicals.
Is illegal work worth it over legal jobs?
It pays more per action, but it costs travel time, skill-check minigames and police attention, and some of it pays in dirty money you have to launder. Start legal, learn the map, then decide.
Where do I find the coordinates for a job?
On every feature page, under 📍 Locations. Set the coordinate as a waypoint and the GPS routes you there.
